How to Apply

Utah Valley Family Medicine Residency participates in the National Residency Matching Program for first-year residency positions. Applications must be submitted through the Electronic Residency Application Service (ERAS).

Application Requirements

ERAS Application
Successful passing score of either the USMLE or COMLEX steps 1 and 2 (CS and CK).
Three letters of recommendation. It is preferred that one or more letters be from a family medicine physician.
Dean's letter.
Please note, we don’t do not sponsor Visas (J-1 or H-1).

Application Deadline

To be considered for our residency program, all application materials must be received by November 30.

Interviews

Interviews will take place late October through mid February. For your convenience, the four family practice residency programs in Utah will stagger interview dates each week. Utah Valley Family Medicine Residency seeks to provide programs, services and activities for people with disabilities. Reasonable prior notice is needed to arrange such accommodations.
