David Cassat, MD

Residency: Utah Valley Family Medicine

Dr. Dave Cassat, an Idaho native, went to Brigham Young University and graduated with a degree in finance and a minor in chemistry. He attended the Texas A&M University College of Medicine and graduated in 2004. He finished a family practice residency in Provo, Utah, at the Utah Valley Family Medicine Residency. He has special interests in musculoskeletal ultrasound and associated procedures.

Christian Millward, MD

Dr. Christian Millward was born and raised in Kaysville, Utah. He graduated Summa Cum Laude from Weber State University. He attended medical school in Milwaukee at the Medical College of Wisconsin. Following medical school he completed residency at the Utah Valley Family Medicine residency in Provo, Utah. He enjoys skiing, biking and especially golf.
