Diabetes education day class - four sessions, two hours each
This four-class series is designed to teach essential skills involved in managing diabetes. Participants must register prior to the first day of class.

This three-class series is designed to teach essential skills involved in managing diabetes. Participants must register prior to the first day of class.

Hemoglobin A1C testing
This finger stick test checks the three-month average of your blood glucose levels. No fasting is required for this test. There is a $20 fee.

Diabetes weight loss program
This is a 12-week American Diabetes Association program, taught by a registered dietitian and a certified diabetes educator.

Adult diabetes support group
Held at 11 a.m. on the first Friday of each month in the American Fork Hospital Library. A certified diabetes educator provides education. There is no charge to attend. For more information, call (801) 855-3463.
