Hemoglobin A1C testing
This finger stick test checks the three-month average of your blood glucose levels. No fasting is required for this test. There is a $20 fee.
Diabetes weight loss program
This is a 12-week American Diabetes Association program, taught by a registered dietitian and a certified diabetes educator.
Adult diabetes support group
Held at 11 a.m. on the first Friday of each month in the American Fork Hospital Library. A certified diabetes educator provides education. There is no charge to attend. For more information, call (801) 855-3463.
