Diabetes weight loss program - 12 weeks
This is an American Diabetes Association program, and it is taught by a registered dietitian and a certified diabetes educator. This course focuses on establishing sound nutritional eating habits, exercise, and positive family interaction. The emphasis will be on changing habits, not dieting, to promote long-term weight management.
