Training Center

The Utah Valley Sports Acceleration Center opened in November 2003 on the campus of Utah Valley Regional Medical Center in Provo. The center is unique to Utah County as the only if its kind to offer Frappier Acceleration® Sports Training programs (FAST). These programs are a series of supervised training protocols, sport-specific exercises and equipment, all designed to enhance the physical performance of athletes of all ages, interests and skill levels.

Hundreds of athletes from public schools up through professional ranks have been trained using these unique protocols, specifically targeting improvements in:

• Acceleration and sprint speed
• Multi-directional agility and balance
• Power
• Strength
• Neuromuscular coordination
• Endurance

The Utah Valley Sports Acceleration Center works in cooperation with the Utah Valley Sports Medicine Clinic at Utah Valley Regional and other Intermountain Sports Medicine and Acceleration Centers throughout Utah.
