This standard program is for athletes who are looking to improve their athletic ability. Training utilizes the Super Treadmill, plyometrics and strength training to improve in the following areas:
The program includes 12 running sessions and six to eight plyometrics, two or three times a week for athletes nine-years-old and above. The plyometrics program is eight sessions. Additional services include a biomechanical analysis and functional training.
Athletes can obtain powerful and refined sport and skill-specific training by using the patented Frappier Acceleration® resistance cords. These cords provide upper and lower extremity resistance to the arms, trunk, shoulders and legs for better sport-specific movements.
This program is designed for recreational athletes and for those who simply want to get their body in top condition to keep up with today's busy schedules, no matter how old you are or what shape you're in.
The youth program is for ages 9 through 13. It focuses on developing coordination within the rapidly developing body, establishing good mechanics at a young age, and increasing self-esteem.
Available for athletes who have completed a program but still have a few weeks before a particular season begins, or to help an athlete maintain optimal performance throughout his or her season.
