"The Frappier Acceleration program helped me get to the Super Bowl in 2005. I worked throughout the off-season with them and a few of my former BYU teammates and we ran like jack rabbits on the high speed treadmills. It improved my foot speed, endurance and was a huge benefit to my overall conditioning. I would encourage any athlete to use this system to prepare for their sport. You will not be disappointed. Bring your lunch pail because it is going to be some hard work. If you are afraid of hard work then I would suggest you pick something else. If you want to be the best, I'll see you on the treadmill."

"The Frappier Acceleration program was the perfect off-season training for me. In all my years of baseball (high school, college ball at the Division I level, and pro ball) I never participated in a program that produced as positive of results as quickly as the Frappier Acceleration program. In between baseball seasons, Frappier Acceleration helped me not only stay in shape, but also improve my speed and strength. My personal acceleration trainer helped me improve my running speed and explosiveness by targeting my fast-twitch muscles in our workouts.

Additionally, and not to be overlooked, this program conditioned my muscles, thereby making me less susceptible to injury. For example, my arm has never felt as good as it did after finishing the throwing program; and this is coming from a guy who always had a sore arm during the season. I would encourage any ballplayer who is serious about making it to the next level, whatever level that may be, to try out the Frappier Acceleration program. After just one session on the treadmill, weights and working with the throwing cords, it will be very apparent to the athlete that this isn't just another training program. Frappier Acceleration is indeed THE workout program for dedicated baseball players."
