Improving access to healthcare services for the uninsured and underserved

Through identifying and supporting existing healthcare programs that provide direct medical, dental, and mental healthcare, the Foundation is dedicated to promoting wellness and improving the health of these populations.
The role of the Intermountain Community Care Foundation is to provide grants to clinics and to agencies that provide direct healthcare and support services to medically underserved individuals throughout the Intermountain area.
Grants are made only for the purposes stated in the application, and grantees must be prepared to track and report program outcomes, as well as specific results that demonstrate measurable human impact.
