    • Market-competitive. Compensation at Intermountain for all caregivers is designed to be market-competitive to attract and retain quality employees.
    • Set by trustees. Intermountain’s Board of Trustees has a Compensation Committee that reviews compensation policies for senior management to ensure they are consistent with goals and community orientation.
    • Performance-based. For senior managers, a significant percentage of compensation depends on the achievement of goals established by the Board of Trustees.
