One principal has committed to leaving a bowl of fruit in her school's breakroom each Monday so the teachers can start their week off right. Here's another tip for eating more heart-healthy.

So although Principal Waddell is encouraging her teachers to start the week of right, we should all take those words to heart and include a fruit or vegetable into our daily snacks.
