Intermountain’s 11th Annual Research Summit — titled “Research Advancement and Opportunities” — is Friday, March 14, from 7:15 a.m. to 1:15 p.m., in the Doty Family Education Center at Intermountain Medical Center. And if you can't be there in person, it will be broadcast live online. All clinical staff, support staff, and administrators who are engaged in research are invited to attend.

 
The purpose of the annual meeting is to help everyone who’s involved in research meet organizational and strategic objectives, share their findings, and learn about other research activities. The agenda will cover Intermountain’s involvement in key local research initiatives, research priorities and strategy, medical library resources, best practices in literature searches, new formats and processes for scientific posters, research accounting and patient billing, updated clinical trials software, Intermountain’s new quality assurance program for research, and an update from the Institutional Review Board.
