    myStrength is a free mental health and well-being app that you can recommend to people in Utah.

    It's a confidential resource for those who may be struggling with sleep, stress, anxiety, depression, substance abuse, or other aspects of wellness.

    The digital platform includes interactive activities, in-the-moment coping tools, inspirational resources, and community support.

    You can track preferences and goals, current emotional states, and ongoing life events to improve your awareness and change your behaviors.

    myStrength starts with a clinically based assessment to design a mental well-being plan just for you.

    As your needs change, myStrength will adjust to give resources and tools that meet those needs in the moment.
