Getting out of your office for even a few minutes to go walking is a great way to get your heart pumping. Principal John Erlacher, Newman Elementary School, has decided to go walking with his students just before lunch every school day. It gets him, and his students, making active and healthy choices on a daily basis, and helps everyone get more heart healthy.
