Maintaining a New Year’s resolution is tough. Many set goals that are unrealistic or too vague. You can change your attitude, but changing your behavior can be difficult. You made the resolution and this year is going to be the year of fit. The result can be defined as whatever you want. Lose weight, finish a major race, eat healthier, or all of them combined.

So you need to build that habit to start being active. Or you already are physically active and just want to kick it up a notch.

The recommendations say adults should get 150 minutes per week of moderate intensive activity - that can include anything from running to cleaning the house. Children and adolescents should be getting 60 minutes per day of vigorous activity.
