Peaches and Green Smoothie
- 1 cup frozen pineapple
- 1/2 frozen banana
- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
- 1/2 - 1 cup low fat milk, soy milk, or almond milk
- 2 tsp honey
- 2 Tbsp unsweetened coconut (optional if you like texture and want more of a Pina Colada taste)
Combine ingredients in the basin of a blender. Blend on high until smooth. Pour into glass and enjoy.
