Berry-Banana-Flax Smoothie
- 3/4 cup low fat milk or unsweetened almond milk
- 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1 cup frozen mixed berries
- 1 frozen banana
- 2 Tbsp ground flaxseed
Combine all ingredients in the basin of a blender. Blend on high until smooth and creamy. Pour into glass and enjoy.
