Berry Banana Overnight Oats

Servings: 1 Serving Size: 1 Mason jar 

Prep Time: 10-12 Minutes Sits Overnight


¼ cup old-fashioned oats
½ cup low or nonfat milk 

¼ cup nonfat plain Greek yogurt

½ medium banana, sliced 

½ cup blueberries or strawberries

1 Tbsp. pecans or walnuts, chopped  

1 Tbsp. Chia seeds (Optional)


1. Place all ingredients in a small mason jar, cover with lid. 

2. Shake and refrigerate overnight.

3. Enjoy the next day!
