Pumpkin Spice Smoothie

  • 1/2 cup pumpkin puree
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1 cup low fat milk, soy milk, or almond milk
  • 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
  • 1/8 tsp vanilla

Combine ingredients in the basin of a blender. Blend on high until smooth. Pour into glass and enjoy.
