Ingredients:
- 4 salmon fillets, about 4 ounces each
- 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 Tbsp. olive oil
- 1 tsp. thyme
- 1 tsp. oregano
- 3 tsp. garlic powder
- 1 tsp. paprika
- 1 tsp. cayenne pepper
- 1 tsp. black pepper
Preparation:
1. Preheat grill to medium heat.
2. Rinse salmon and pat dry. Mix olive oil and lemon juice in a small bowl. Brush salmon with olive oil mixture.
3. In a small bowl, mix thyme, oregano, garlic powder, paprika, cayenne, and black pepper. Rub over top of salmon fillets, using the whole mixture.
4. Cook salmon on grill for about 7 minutes per side.
5. Serve immediately. Enjoy!
