Recipe: Chicken street tacos with pineapple salsa

Chicken Street Tacos
Everyone loves good street tacos.This simple but flavorful filling will quickly become one of your favorite go-to weeknight meals.

Taco ingredients

  • Grilled chicken 1-2 oz
  • Pineapple salsa 1oz
  • Shredded lettuce 1oz
  • Shredded cheddar cheese 1 oz
  • Light sour cream .5oz
  • Street taco tortilla 1 each

Pineapple salsa ingredients

  • 2 cups tomato, diced
  • 1 cup pineapple, diced
  • 1/2 cup red onion, diced
  • 1/4 cup bell pepper, diced
  • 1 Tbsp. jalapeno pepper, diced
  • 2 Tbsp. cilantro, minced
  • Lime juice from 2 limes
  • Salt and pepper to taste


  1. Grilled Chicken - Heat Grill to medium-medium high heat. Brush chicken breast with oil and season with your favorite taco seasoning mix. Grill breasts turning every 6 minutes until internal temperature is 165 degrees on meat thermometer.
  2. Pineapple Salsa - Mix all salsa ingredients in bowl and let marinate for at least an hour.
  3. Assemble Taco - Add chicken, cheese, pineapple salsa, lettuce and sour cream to the tortilla in this order.
  4. Pick up and enjoy!
