RECIPE: Blueberry Overnight Oats

Blueberry overnight oats
Eating a healthy breakfast isn't always easy. When you're pressed for time in the mornings, enjoy this quick and easy make ahead breakfast to get your day going in the right direction.

Blueberry Overnight Oats

  • Preparation time: 15 minutes
  • Cool time: 30 minutes
  • Serves: (2) 8oz jars


  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup coconut milk
  • 1/3 cup almond milk
  • 1 to 2 Tbsp. maple syrup
  • 1 to 2 Tbsp. chia seeds
  • 1 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 cup fresh blueberries


  1. Mix oats, milks, maple syrup, chia seeds, vanilla extract and salt together in a large bowl. Stir until well combined.
  2. Fold in fresh blueberries to the mixture.
  3. Transfer to mason jars, cover and refrigerate at least 4 hours, or overnight.
  4. When ready, top with any additional desired toppings like granola or fruit and enjoy!
  5. Keep refrigerated.
