Marathon Season: Here are some training tips to keep you in the race

The weather is warming, the cherry blossoms are falling from the trees and spring has sprung across the beehive state. With warm temperatures and stunning natural beauty, Utah is a hotbed for spring and summertime races and relays. Trail runs, marathons, half-marathons and relays keep the Wasatch Front active during the warm months and any physically taxing race requires training to perform your best, but training too hard too quickly can lead to injuries.
