Getting help with your mental health

Learn about the free resources you can use to improve your mental health and wellbeing

Self Care

According to a survey from CNN in partnership with the Kaiser Family Foundation, 90% of people in the United States think the country is experiencing a mental health crisis.

Data from the CDC has shown that drug overdose deaths reached record levels in 2021 and suicide rates rose near a record high after two years of decline.

When your mental health isn't in a good place, you need the best kind of services to help you recover.

Intermountain Health's Behavioral Health website and the Behavioral Health Services Navigation Line can help you figure out the best kind of treatment for you.

They can also help you find out where you can access it, whether it's at an Intermountain facility or within the community.

If you or someone you know talks about suicide, self-harm, a mental health crisis, a substance use crisis, or any other kind of emotional distress, get help right away.

You can call the Suicide and Crisis Lifeline at 988.

One way to boost your mental health support is through free digital tools.

Intermountain Health recently partnered with Teladoc to offer myStrength.
