I think I was a bear in another life. Every winter I tell myself I’m not going to let the short days and cold weather get to me. But when the days get short, my energy level drops and I start eating like I’m preparing for hibernation. Mentally, I know what I need to do. Emotionally and physically, though, I fall into the same trap every year. I gain weight. I don’t exercise. I feel lethargic. I’m not a good example of living the healthiest life possible.
