Fueling Strategies (Hydration & eating before & during a workout or race)

Fueling is most certainly a trial and error process but there are some key pointers we can share to help you along the way. If you want or need suggestions on what works best for you, this is a great place to start. Also, we will provide samples of some products you can try.

You’ve probably heard individuals say they would eat better but a healthy diet seems to cost more. That does not have to be the case. For tips on how to eat well within a reasonable budget, attend this clinic. Healthy food samples will be served.

The holidays are coming and so is all the extra food that is part of the season. There are a few small things you can do to make a big difference in how you eat your way into the new year. Come try some good foods, learn how to think through your food choices, and prepare yourself for holiday celebrations.
