Learning to Breathe, Mindfulness Group for Teen Boys - McKay-Dee Hospital


Learning to Breathe is a mindfulness-based curriculum for adolescents*.

Students are taught breathing exercises to assist with strengthen attention and emotion regulation, cultivate wholesome emotions like gratitude and compassion, and expand stress management skills. This is also a great introduction mindfulness and how to integrate it into daily life. Each lesson includes age-appropriate discussion, activities, and opportunities to practice mindfulness in a group setting.


*This class listing is specifically for teen boys between the ages of 12 and 18.
