Mindful Eating for the Holidays


It is easy to pack on the pounds with mindlessly consuming goodies during the holidays. In this 90-minute class, you will learn, and practice techniques based on Jon Kabat-Zinn’s Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction course. These techniques bring our awareness into the present moment. This moment to moment awareness can assist in choosing what supports our health goals instead of mindlessly eating bite after bite.
