TRX Classes - Heber Valley Hospital


TRX Suspension Training is body weight exercises that develops strength, balance, flexibility and core stability simultaneously. This is a great fitness class to strengthen, tone and provide an all over workout. Join Katie Hafen as you work with a suspension system to completed hundreds of exercises. Please note class schedule may change. 

TRX schedule:

  • Wednesdays at 5:30 a.m.
  • Thursdays at 9:00 a.m.
  • Fridays at 5:30 a.m.


$5 - Single class drop-in

$45 - 10 class punch pass
