Do you want to live a more mindful and present life?
We will explore mindfulness in our daily lives, and ways to bring more awareness into our homes, office, and relationships. Class is taught by Liz Young and will start with a brief discussion, followed by a 25-30 minute guided meditation. Props available and everyone is welcome.
The class registration fee includes 5 classes:
