LiVe Well Culinary Classes - Park City

PC-Cooking-Class

Each month, the Park City LiVe Well Center will feature a one-hour interactive cooking class with a different theme. Every class will be taught by a professional chef to spark your culinary creativity, instruct healthy eating choices, make quick healthy meals, learn cooking skills and have fun in an interactive culinary environment. Participants will have the opportunity for hands-on involvement and food tasting. These classes are fee-based and pre-registration is required.

Classes are located in the Private Dining Room in the Silver King Café at the Park City Hospital.

The cost is $25 per person. Space is Limited.

November Culinary Class

Do you want to bring something to your Thanksgiving dinner that is delicious AND healthy? Then join us for our November culinary class where we will be making healthy Thanksgiving side dishes including cauliflower mashed potatoes, mushroom gravy, and a healthy vegetable stuffing—all of which are low in calories, fat and carbohydrates! 

This class will have a 60-minute cooking demonstration by Chef Jake and the opportunity for all class attendees to try each dish!

December Culinary Class: Holiday Party Foods

 

The holiday season can be packed with parties, which can make healthy eating harder than any other time of year. Whether you are hosting or attending a party, this class will help give you some great ideas for healthy party finger foods and dips. Wow your friends and family by learning how to make a Romesco style dip with roasted vegetables, buffalo cauliflower wings that are all the rage, broccoli tots and a Mediterranean favosalata split pea hummus.
