November Culinary Class
Do you want to bring something to your Thanksgiving dinner that is delicious AND healthy? Then join us for our November culinary class where we will be making healthy Thanksgiving side dishes including cauliflower mashed potatoes, mushroom gravy, and a healthy vegetable stuffing—all of which are low in calories, fat and carbohydrates!
This class will have a 60-minute cooking demonstration by Chef Jake and the opportunity for all class attendees to try each dish!
