Quick and Healthy Breakfasts on the Go
If you are finding yourself short on time, especially at breakfast, this class will help you find some very simple and healthy breakfast ideas that are nutritionally dense and favorable. You can make some of these recipes ahead of time to take on the road, or some you can make when you have just a little time to spare! We will have different ways to make avocado toast, protein power balls and using your instapot or crockpot for steel cut oats. Planning ahead will never taste so good.
This class will have a 30-minute cooking demonstration by Chef Jake and then 30 minutes of hands on cooking by all class attendees!
