In this five-week interactive class, a professional chef will teach your kids basic culinary skills to prepare delicious healthy meals. Kids will learn the best ways to fuel their body, fun ways to prepare fruits and vegetables, the power of protein, and how to cook healthier desserts.
The best part? Kids will get to eat their culinary creations at the end of each class! The final week of class features a cooking competition where kids can test what they’ve learned and cook a meal for their family to enjoy.
