Normally priced at $340, this 8-week, 16 session training program was created by our team of Exercise Physiologists to help soccer players improve speed, agility, strength, stamina, footwork, and power. It will also help reduce the risk of injury for your athlete and enhance sensory skills through targeted vision training in our training center. Preferred club soccer athletes will have the opportunity to train in small groups and will be arranged by team whenever possible.
A training schedule of 2 days per week with set days and times will be organized after try-outs. Athletes must be at least 8 years old and 56 inches tall to participate. In the past three years implementing this program with high school soccer athletes in Region 9, teams training with this program have seen 3 region championships, a state championship, and zero ACL injuries.
