This training program is scientifically designed and time tested to improve speed, agility, vertical jump, explosive power, and overall athleticism. We highly recommend 2-3 times a week on consecutive weeks. This program typically takes 4-6 weeks to complete. Each training session is 60 minutes. The program consists of the following:
- 6 Super treadmill sessions
- 6 Agility/plyometric sessions
