Summer Programs

Attention athletes, are you looking to improve your speed, agility, strength, and power? Join Intermountain Sports Performance’s ground based summer training program! The 18-session program will be offered in 5 different locations in southern Utah: Little Valley, Washington, Cedar City, Hurricane, and Enterprise.

This is a group training program that will consist of two training sessions each week that will focus on developing speed, strength, agility, power, flexibility, and overall athleticism. Additionally, athletes with travel plans can request a take home training program to supplement the training that takes place in their classes! A free resistance training band, water bottle, and T-Shirt will also be given when the athlete starts. Each location will offer training for two age groups, ages 8-11 and a more advanced class for ages 12-18. Times and age ranges are subject to adjustment based on the number of sign ups. Drills and program design will be facilitated by Intermountain Sports Performance trainers with assistance on site from sports medicine interns. Active wear, water bottle, and cleats are recommended. The EARLY REGISTRATION deadline is April 17, 2020 and the cost is $150 for the entire summer program. After that date the price will increase to $170 per athlete. The final registration deadline is May 22nd. Space is limited to 25 athletes per class please don’t delay.

Register now by filling out the correct sign up form based on the location that you'd like your athlete to train at. Each form gives specific date, time, and location information for that class.

Registration Information

Registration is a two step process. First fill out a sign up form that corresponds to the location you'd like your athlete to train. Then pick the date and time that works for you and make a payment.
