Sports Performance Summer Ground Force Training Program

Summer Programs

You're well on your way to helping your son or daughter improve strength, conditioning, speed, and reduce the risk of future injury. This program is 9 weeks and is designed to be challenging!

Drills and program design will be facilitated by Intermountain Sports Performance trainers with assistance on site from sports medicine interns. Please let your athlete know this is designed to be a physically challenging program that will combine drills, games, hard work and some use of specialized equipment. This is a group class not meant for individualized, sport specific instruction. Please talk to a team member for information on that type of training.

Register now by filling out the correct sign up form based on the location that you'd like your athlete to train at below. Each form gives specific date, time, and location information for that class. Finalize your registration by paying for the class under “Dates and Locations.”

  • 7 a.m. - 8 a.m. (ages 8-10 years old)
  • 8 a.m. - 9 a.m. (ages 11-14 years old)

  • 7 a.m. - 8 a.m. (ages 8-10 years old)
  • 8 a.m. - 9 a.m. (ages 11-14 years old)

Registration Information

Registration is a two step process. First fill out a sign up form that corresponds to the location you'd like your athlete to train. Then pick the date and time that works for you and make a payment.
