This is our flagship training program scientifically designed and time tested to improve speed, agility, vertical jump, explosive power, and overall athleticism. We highly recommend 2-3 times a week on consecutive weeks. Each training session is 60 minutes, pre and post tests typically take 90 minutes. Once you have completed the Sign Up Form and paid, please call (435) 251-2299 to schedule your pre-test.
The program consists of the following:
- 2 Performance tests (pre & post)
- 10 Super treadmill sessions
- 10 Agility/plyometric sessions
