Sport Specific Summer Training

These packages combine our time tested, scientifically proven speed and agility training with training for your athletes specific sport. Each session is 60 minutes and includes high intensity training and sport specific drills to help your athlete get the best of both worlds.

Class sizes are designed for 8-12 athletes and class times are subject to change based on enrollment. The recommended ages are 8-14 years-old but more advanced classes are available, just talk to a team member for more details. If you’d like to set up your own day and time for your team please call us.

Registration is a two step process, first, fill out the sign up form below for your sport, then click the blue “Register” button below to pay for your selected class. We look forward to training your athlete!

Football Performance Package (June 6 - July 27, Mondays/Wednesdays 6 - 7 p.m.)

14 Training Sessions:

  • High intensity Sports Performance Training
  • Route running, cutting, and hands drills
  • Sensory and reaction training
  • Football I.Q.

Soccer Performance Package (June  - July 28, Tuesdays/Thursdays 6 - 7 p.m.)

16 Training Sessions

  • High intensity Sports Performance Training
  • Ball handling, kicking, and defensive drills
  • Sensory and reaction training
  • Soccer I.Q

Baseball Performance Package (June 6 - July 27, Mondays/Wednesdays 6 - 7 p.m.)

14 Training Sessions

  • High intensity Sports Performance Training
  • Batting, fielding, and throwing mechanics
  • Sensory and reaction training
  • Baseball I.Q.
