This training program is scientifically designed and time tested to improve speed, agility, vertical jump, explosive power, and overall athleticism. We highly recommend 2-3 times a week on consecutive weeks. This program typically takes 6-8 weeks to complete. Each training session is 60 minutes, pre and post tests typically take 90 minutes. The program consists of the following:
- 8 Super treadmill sessions
- 8 Agility/plyometric sessions
