Health Insurance

Intermountain partners with SelectHealth to provide health insurance coverage for our employees. We have a variety of plans that offer different types of deductibles and networks, so that each employee can find a plan that is right for them. Each of our plans offer preventive care, prescription coverage, mental health, maternity, and catastrophic coverage.

Dental Insurance

Intermountain partners with SelectHealth to provide dental insurance for our employees. We offer a choice of two different plans, with a wide variety of providers to fit your needs. Orthodontia coverage is offered on one of our plans as well.

Vision Insurance

Intermountain offers a vision plan to help with the cost of frames, lenses and contacts. The annual eye exam is covered by the Health Plan as a preventive visit.

Health Care Flexible Spending Account (FSA)

Employees can elect to participate in a Health Care Flexible Spending Account to pay for eligible healthcare expenses and save on taxes by using pre-tax funds.

Health Care Health Savings Account (HSA)

If you select one of our qualifying health insurance options, you can contribute to an HSA. An HSA allows you to contribute pre-tax dollars into an account. These funds can be used for qualified medical expenses and can be rolled over from year to year. Intermountain matches some HSA dollars to help you maximize your savings.

Life Insurance

Life Insurance helps you Live Secure. Our life insurance program features basic life, optional and dependent life, and basic and voluntary accidental death and dismemberment.

Short-Term Disability Insurance

We offer a Short-Term Disability (STDi) plan for benefits eligible employees. A STDi plan protects your income when you are unable to work due to your own serious illness or off-the-job injury.

Long-Term Disability

Employees can purchase Long-Term Disability Insurance. This will help protect your income if you are unable to come back to work after six months.

Adoption Benefits

We offer an adoption benefit as part of our medical insurance coverage.
