How to Access
Go to https://intermountain.abenity.com/ and use the personal email address you provided to Intermountain when you retired as your username. If you didn’t provide Intermountain with a personal email address or if your email address has changed, please contact Ask HR.
If you have forgotten your Abenity username or password, use the “Forgot Username or Password?” link on the Abenity login screen.
