Amed Ali

Ali Ahmed

Ali is from Louisville, Kentucky and finished his undergraduate degree in Life Sciences from Xavier University in Cincinnati, OH.  He then completed his doctorate in podiatric medicine from Rosalind Franklin University in North Chicago, where he served as class president.  When not in the hospital, he can be found at a local coffee shop enjoying an eclectic music mix or an endless Wikipedia binge.  Ali also makes time for films, friends and family, physical fitness, spirituality, and exploring Utah. Ali is one of our chief residents for 2022-2023.

Baker Peyton

Peyton Baker

Peyton received his Doctor of Podiatric Medicine from Scholl College of Podiatric Medicine after first earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from the University of Arkansas.  While in school, he was the vice-president of both the SCPM Class of 2020 and the American Academy of Podiatric Practice Management.  Peyton is the middle child in a family of 5 boys and enjoys skiing.

Nolan Kimberly

Kimberly Nolan

Kimberly grew up in Oregon and graduated with her degree in BioHealth from Oregon State University.  She earned her Doctor of Podiatric Medicine degree from Kent State University College of Podiatric Medicine.  She was the treasurer of the Rec and Running Club, and completed a full marathon while in podiatry school.  Kimberly enjoys hiking, running, snowboarding, and mountain biking, and is looking forward to opening her own practice, focused on Sports Medicine.

Pickett Spencer

Spencer Pickett

Spencer grew up in California and graduated from Brigham Young University – Provo with a degree in Neuroscience.  He then went on to get his DPM from Scholl College of Podiatric Medicine.  He has composed abstracts for several journal articles and enjoys board games, rock climbing, hiking, and family.

Ptak Nathan

Nathan Ptak

Nathan received his Bachelor’s Degree in Biology from Benedictine College and his Doctor of Podiatric Medicine at Scholl College of Podiatric Medicine.  While in school, his extracurricular activities ranged from captain of the Lake Country Men’s Rugby Football Club to President of the American Association of Podiatric Sports Medicine.  Nathan also spent a summer as a field researcher with the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers.  Nathan enjoys lifting, crafts, home repair, and hanging out with his family.

Smith Christian

Christian Smith

Christian did his undergraduate studies at Brigham Young University – Provo with a major in Exercise Science and received his DPM at Midwestern University in Arizona.  During his time in Arizona, Christian was involved in extracurricular activities including vice president of both the Journal Club and the American College of Foot and Ankle Pediatricians.  He is a golf enthusiast who also enjoys board games and backpacking.  Chris is one of our chief residents for 2022-2023.
