Participate in LiVe Well and Do Good challenges for a chance to win Cotopaxi prizes

Questival

Intermountain is again teaming up with Utah outdoor gear company Cotopaxi to offer Questival events to caregivers. A Questival is an adventure race where individuals or teams of up to six caregivers complete challenges aimed to ‘LiVe Well’ and ‘Do Good.' Caregivers who participate earn points to win prizes like Cotopaxi gift cards and the Cotopaxi Allpa Travel Pack—all while doing good for themselves, their teammates, and their communities.

Caregivers can register to participate in one Questival adventure race. Each Questival will be launched with a kick-off event—a celebration that signifies the start of the race. Caregivers will then have six days to complete challenges and earn points. Challenges include things like making llama pancakes, going on a walk with your dog, getting a gun lock from Community Health, or volunteering at your favorite local non-profit organization.

Why are we hosting Questivals?

  1. To engage caregivers of all ages and backgrounds across the organization in activities that support personal well-being and community engagement.
  2. To do something normal on the heels of the COVID-19 pandemic. The past two years have been challenging for all of us, and it’s time to have some fun.

Please note, caregivers don’t need to request time off work to participate because challenges are designed to be done outside of work hours.

This information will be included in the Caregiver Brief on Thursday, March 24. Registration for the events will also open on that date. Please review the FAQs and talking points to prepare for this announcement. After the announcement and opening of Questival registration, please include this information in huddles and team meetings, and encourage interested caregivers to participate.

Because of the timing of the Questivals, we’re moving Caregiver Appreciation Week to June 5-11. We look forward to celebrating with all caregivers.
