Keep our 2021 premium increase low by completing Q3 LiVe Well rewards program by Sept. 30

This could be your last chance to get a 4 percent guarantee for our insurance premium increase in 2021. Only 41 percent of caregivers have completed this quarter’s LiVe Well requirements so far and we only have two days left. We need your help to get us to at least 50 percent participation. It may take up to three days for your tracker to show your completion, but if you complete your activity by September 30, it will still count toward our goal and you’ll still be eligible for the $50 reward.

Three ways you can complete the program:

  1. If you haven’t already watched a LiVe Well module in a previous quarter, you can watch one for credit this quarter. The modules are found in My learning. This quarter’s module is on Worry and Anxiety. NOTE: You can only watch a module for credit in one quarter, so if you already watched a module in a previous quarter it won’t count again.
  2. Complete your biometrics. Go to your rewards tracker, click the biometrics icon, enter the approximate date you collected your biometrics and what you learned to support your well-being. You don’t need to enter your actual values. If you’ve been to the doctor in the past year, you can count it for this year. If you haven’t seen your doctor recently, you can take your own measurements. Click to learn how.
  3. Take the Virgin Pulse Health Assessment, called Health Check. Login to the Virgin Pulse website or app and the Health Check can be found under ‘Programs.’All answers are private and NOT shared individually with anyone. You can also skip questions you aren’t comfortable answering.
