Manually monitor your heating and cooling appliances during TempTrak service interruption next week

The TempTrak system, used to monitor the temperatures of heating and cooling appliances, will be unavailable because of maintenance on Tuesday, May 11, at 6 p.m. until Wednesday, May 12, at noon at the following facilities:

  • American Fork Hospital
  • Alta View Hospital
  • Cassia Regional Hospital
  • Cedar City Hospital
  • Homecare Pharmacy
  • Intermountain Medical Center
  • LDS Hospital
  • McKay-Dee Hospital
  • Primary Children’s
  • Park City Hospital
  • Riverton Hospital
  • St. George Regional Hospital
  • TOSH

During the interruption, temperature data won’t transmit to TempTrak and temperature alerts and notifications won’t function. Temperature data will still be captured and transmitted to TempTrak after the maintenance is complete. If you’re at one of the affected facilities, you’ll need to manually monitor the temperatures of your rooms, fridges, warmers, and other relevant appliances during the maintenance to meet regulatory requirements.

If you have questions about the maintenance or downtime procedures, please contact Dave Black.
