While an appointment is recommended, Employee Health Clinics can accommodate walk-ins. Please be advised that the Employee Health Clinics are only offering the required flu vaccine. Because the COVID-19 booster isn’t mandated for caregivers, it won’t be available from Employee Health.
Caregivers in the Desert and Canyons Regions need to have a documented flu vaccine or approved exemption by November 30. Exemption requests need to be submitted by October 31. Peaks caregivers need to complete and upload documentation of their vaccination or request an exemption by Oct. 31.
