Cleaning a hiking trail might be something caregivers could to on Giving Tuesday.

The world’s largest day of giving, Giving Tuesday, is coming up on November 29. This year’s theme is “Do One Good Thing.”

You’re invited to join Intermountain’s iAct team in doing one good thing on November 29. Whether it’s making a small food donation to the food bank, cleaning up a hiking trail, donating to an Angel Tree, or volunteering at a local animal shelter, every gesture makes a difference. You can find these volunteer opportunities and more on Benevity.

In addition to earning community cash points by tracking time in Benevity, all caregivers who participate in Giving Tuesday are encouraged to post on Yammer about the one good thing they do. Please use the hashtags #GivingTuesday and #iAct. Every caregiver who posts will be entered in a drawing to win prizes.

Other volunteer opportunities outside of Giving Tuesday activities are still eligible for community cash points, so continue logging those hours in Benevity. If you have any questions regarding Giving Tuesday or volunteer opportunities in general, please reach out to iact@imail.org or visit the iAct webpage.
