Our Breastfeeding Successfully class discusses the benefits of breastfeeding, how milk is produced, feeding techniques, breast pumps, nursing bras, breastfeeding products, milk storage, and how to avoid common problems. This class will help you get breastfeeding off to a good start and is most beneficial when moms-to-be attend with their partner or support person.  This class will not go in depth about returning to work or setting up a pumping routine.

Please feel free to bring a snack and/or drink to class.

Saint Joseph Hospital is located on 19th and Downing.  We offer complementary valet parking (closes at 9:30pm) or free parking garage to our patients and guests.
