This is a fast paced one day class great for those that cannot attend the 5 week series, this class will cover all the information to help prepare you and your partner for labor and birth.
What does labor look like? In this fast paced one day class, expectant moms and their partners can learn about the labor and birth process. How to use breathing and relaxation techniques as coping tools, the role of the support person, routine newborn procedures and post-partum care.

- PLEASE ALLOW TIME FOR PARKING AND CHECKING IN AS CLASS STARTS PROMPTLY AT 9AM and is held on the 5th floor

Class Cancellations MUST BE DONE 72HRS PRIOR to class start date, in order to receive full refund.
Classes may be cancelled in the event of not enough registrants to hold a class OR due to inclement weather. In that event you will be moved to another class date or if not able to move you will receive a full refund. Thanks for understanding.
This is a one day Saturday Only Class. from 9a to 3pm. You will need to register for the Breastfeeding 123 class and enter promo code COMBO and it wont charge you for the class
