This is a safe and gentle class for women to attend during pregnancy. Specific yoga poses, breathing exercises and relaxation techniques are designed to relieve the physical and emotional discomforts that occur during pregnancy. This program is open to pregnant and non-pregnant women. This is a 8 week class with classes being held once a week on Wednesday's from 5:15 - 6:15pm. Students can take a "Maternity Leave" from their classes for up to 6 weeks for time taken off for the birth of their baby. Classes will be held on February 5th, 12th, 19th, 26th, March 5th, 10th, 19th & 24th.
Please Note: Two classes will be held on a Monday instead of Wednesday. The class will be held on Monday March 10th & March 24th.
