DescriptionThis is a class for anyone who is considering weight loss. We review what is happening inside our body to cause weight gain and how our food choices may help us. We review the effects of exercise and give each participant a pedometer. We focus on how we make behavioral changes and determine where each person is in the behavioral change process. We encourage each participant to make at least one behavioral change goal.
