I really hope that video visits will stay even though COVID is not as prevalent. The ability to change this to a video visit instead of in person was crucial for me as the doctor was about to have paternity leave and I had already been rescheduled 2x due to scheduling errors. Being able to keep this appointment even though I was sick was essential in planning my life and health care plans over the next few months. Thank you!

It was so relieving and refreshing to finally talk to someone who was familiar with this rare condition and who demonstrated good insight as to treatment options and things to consider in planning for future treatment.

Dr. Smit was very understandable with his answers. He answered in terms I could understand. He detailed my options, what would happen and what could happen with my treatment. Made my a scary medical condition a little easier

He's great at explaining things and sometimes again so I can understand what I maybe didn't fully understand! Truly appreciate that. I never feel like He's in a hurry to get to the next patient!
